Has anyone else noticed that some people are getting into the habbit of wishing an enemy well? I'll give an example:

Two people are disputing over the ownership of a couch. Every time they meet they argue about it. At the end of some of their fights one person will make a statement like "I hope you have a great holiday" or "I wish you well and the best of luck" or "I pray you do well at your job" and the other will respond in kind.

It's kinda odd how people are suddenly adapting to that trend. Does anyone else smell the bulls***? Has anyone been in a situation like that?

Hmm.

No, cant say I have seen that trend personally.

I'm more into the 'Hope you dont regain conciousness before I max out your credit card, you couch-stealing-ba***rd' as I lay down the big stick...

But then, my therapist says I have issues

:P

It's not wishing them well, it's being a smartass. Basically when someone says "Hope you have a great day" they mean "Hope a plane crashes on your family and you all burn in hell".
