[Help] - balance controler won't stay put

Hi, I'm having problem with the Wave balance control portion of the volume control panel. The setting often sets itself to the full left position, resulting in my music, calls, whatever only being played though the left speaker. I have to go and reset it several times a day. I don't know if this is a windows problem (XP pro), or a soundmax problem, or how to fix it. The problem has persisted after a full reinstalment of windows some weeks ago. Thanks if you can help!

It could be soundmax driver/software problem, I'm almost sure that this isn't XP problem..

Try to download the latest drivers from the manufacturer's web site..
