Mrcldb
I've installed this dlls from XP SP1 to my windows 98SE/me/95explorer shell. Works fine, except for powrprof.dll, which I disable. It would be good to know if there is some effective change, since ntdll.dll changes from 26 kb to more than 500 in the XP version. Greetings for all and a very good year. LLXX
I don't think that's a good idea, since 9x and XP are totally different architecture. Have you used any program that uses the functions in ntdll yet?
Mrcldb
yes, I'm using internet (dial-up) just now which involves ntdll.dll; but I realize you also lose "display properties" with ntdll.dll so.... jimmsta
I've experimented with this. It does not work. Try installing a program that says 'designed for Windows XP'. Come back with the results. I doubt it'll run.
