Process1_Initialization_Failed

Hi All,

I really can use some help, I wasted 6 DVD's "garbage". I'll give you a quick run down. I had the UA DVD working. My pc acted up I had to rebuild ever since I can't get my UDDVD to work again. I have OS XP2 with Off2k3 with the normal tweaks and all the updates.

Last two UADVD started and would run bur then the following message appears " Process1_Initialization_Failed". Can someone please tell me what am I doing wrong. I am going nuts on this I have spent two entire days figuring this out and pulling my hair off!!!

Oh I forgot to add the Technical Information which appears on the bottom of the blue screen
