Is there any way to determine a programs parameters?

I have this syncing app that I must open and click on the Sync button in order for it to sync. There must be a way to execute a sync via command line or other (w/o having to run a macro, though that may be the only way).

Most files tell you what parameters are supported when you type the following:

file.exe /?

in Command Prompt.

If there aren't any shown, the website where the program originated from should cover documentation on the supported parameters.
