Featured Replies

HI, i'm having sort of weird problem......i've lan connected internet with xp os. everything works fine but when i shutdown/restart my computer, os can't get the lan connection anymore. It shows "network cable unplugged"...but infact it is plugged in the all the time..........in that case i need to take out the rj45 jack and hook up again with network adaptor......thats how it works again..........but if i restart..same problem again....

any solution to this weird problem? do i need to change anything in the bios?

Thanks..

Try disabling the NIC's autosense, force the network connection's speed and duplex settings manually, and see if that helps any across a reboot.
