ericm7692 Posted December 24, 2005 Posted December 24, 2005 can somebody please help me? whenever i try to add new songs to my ipod, it says its not connected and there is two users both using this software (even when i logged off the other account) and i need to log off. and whenever i plug in the ipod mini, it brings up a folder of the ipod and it says ''ipod_control, calenders, contacts, and notes''. i have tried connecting it in both USB connections and it still will not work. can somebody please help me?
