[Help] - Need reg tweak: expand control panel on CLASSIC start menu

Featured Replies

I am looking for the registry tweak that allows for an expanded control panel using the classic start menu. The registry tweaks that I have found only work on the default xp start menu. Thanks.

Also, is there any tool I can use to find this and other registry tweaks without having to post a question online? For example, I have tried using Regmon but I found that it was tough to decipher all the data it displayed...

All responces are greatly appreciated, thx.

Do try that out! :) You'd need to log-off & login for HKCU tweaks to take effect.

Waiting to hear if it works or not....

This worked, thank you! :D

In fact, the following reg keys are available in that hive:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced]

CascadeControlPanel

CascadeNetworkConnections

CascadePrinters

CascadeMyDocuments

CascadeMyPictures
