[Help] - Disk checkup every time on startup.

Friends i am getting problem in startup of xp home ........what is going on , every time on startup i am getting check disk message where i shutdown properly every time, So why this is happening even after shutdown properly because this disk checkup comes only shutdown un-properly please sort out this problem.
