[Question] WINNT.SIF [Networking]

I know that this has been asked before, i've searched, read for an hour but i can't find nothing that would help me, i want to install only TCP / IP, no Qos, Client for Microsoft...and File and Print Sharing, using winnt.sif file

i got this :
