Windows Messenger installation options?

Hey ya'll!

Where I work we use Windows Messenger. During installation I get a message that I have to close certain applications (like for example Symantec Antivirus) in order to install the application.

The ordinary /qb or /qn switch doesn't help. My question is: Are there any extra options for installing Windows Messenger? I have searched MSFN Forums, and Googled a lot, but haven't been able to find anything.

As an example, here are several additional options for Symantec Antivirus...:

"Symantec Antivirus.msi" RUNLIVEUPDATE=0 NETWORKTYPE=2 REBOOT=ReallySupress /qb!-

Cheers,

It seems mighty MS got a hotfix for this little thingy. For those who has any interest in this matter, can check the KB here:

BTW: My problems concerning this is with Windows Messenger v5.1.0700
