Suggestions Needed Please

fist appologise if i posted wrong please tell me which is right section for this questions please dont mind i found but dont get idea other wise help me plz

Suggestions needed.

Friends i am going to purchase three products and I need your suggestions in three of kind 1) o/s 2) anti virus 3) internet security tool

1) i have ace laptop and have recovery cd's with this and desktop pc also, and want to change som thing in both. Now you will say why I need new o/s if I have recovery cd’s with me of both, this is because i want some changes in this old version. So I want to go for new one this time and I don’t know which one is better option because there are to many o/s in market and I want to buy for long time. So I request you experts suggest me which o/s is good e:g xp ,64 bit , MC,prof, teher are to many options in xp and other o/s please.

2) I need antivirus and internet security tool which. As per o/s there are too many options for antivirus too so please suggest me which one is best.

3) I am not aware of all these products and that’s why I am asking from you great people and want to know about internet security tool which I looked in some one pc I don’t remember the name of it but can tell some thing about this. It appears on right corner with glob icon and asks some time to permit or block this site and show with messages of high, low risk. And auto hides to its place.

That’s all I want to know from you people and please help me with your important posts please thankmake my money worthy to purchase all products please

but than again, a 'simple search on this forum would maybe help you to read about some previous topics on this matter, so have fun reading and searching this board,

!! > On windows 2000 always use Mozilla Firefox or Opera (as your webbroser),

on xp you can (if you realy want) also just use IE6.sp2

!! > On windows 2000 you also may want to use a firewall, (like kyro personal firewall), xp has a build in firewall, but you may want to replace it, with kyro, (zone allarm is also quite good choice).

Note: I'm not going to explain why - im also not going to debate on this, just read about it some more on the forum and start thinking and make your own decision, or ask your local retailer....
