Hello all, first let me briefly say that I recently found out about your site after being directed from the TechSpot forums, and that it has been very helpful. There are of course some things that I am having trouble understanding, but I'm searching the forums trying to find answers among the wealth of information.

After reading the beginner's section and playing with nLite i've already made an Unattended Windows ISO and have now moved on to the Intermediate Users section so that I can include my favorite apps. After reading it several times, I have the jist of it. I played around making some of my own batch files, but still feel a little uneasy. After trying to figure out what my main concerns were, I realized that if I want ALL of my apps and stuff included it's gonna be more than just a CD. Not just that, it'll be more than a DVD. Hell, you know what? Not even a Dual Layer DVD will save me.

I found this thread on using multiple CD's\DVD's http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=25110, but after reading some of it I wasn't even sure if it was the answer to my question.

Another thing I've looked into and am trying to understand is deploying over a network to a client computer. A guy at the place I work has a Windows Image with, well, a lot of programs on what I assume is a hard drive that then installs the image onto probably around 100 client computers over the network with the simple press of a button. If there are any websites you could direct me to that is at least somewhat beginner friendly I would be very grateful. Cuz if i could just keep a really big image on a hard drive and install it to a client that would solve the media problem.

Hmm I install about 60 apps testing and I do mean some are rather huge and they fit on the DVD or either another method is

2nd Hard Drive where you have all the apps located there and just call them similar to Runoncex method

You can even set it up to call 5-6 DVDs in a row if you wanted

If you're looking at image then Ghost the thing and place it on another drive and that would be simple.

Its whatever you want to devote enough time for.
