[Error] - XP will not boot...

I am receiving an error when I try to boot my Dell.

lsass.exe failed to initialize properly (0x015000f) Click ok to terminate this application.

I click ok and then the error:

services.exe failed to initialize properly (0x015000f) Click ok to terminate this application.

I click ok and the other error appears..ok then the services error appears again...click ok and black screen with cursor only. I can move the cursor but xp will not boot.

I have tried the safe mode (same results)..tried to boot to last known config....same results

Anything I can do short of reinstalling windows xp?

repair .

boot from xp cd and choose repair instalation.
