Please i want a help about NetCut 1.5

I have a network company and i have more than 35 PCs and ADSL internet connection without server and i purchase software NetCut 1.5 from http://www.arcai.com/ it's cut off internet connection from other's PCs to manage my company PCs but some problems was happend ...

one of employees is got the program by illegal way and cut off connection from some PCs and i don't know who is him what i can do to know him or what i can do for stop him ?! please reply me and help me to solve this problem
