How can I install post SP2 patches?

I am looking for something like a standalone RyanVM. I am trying to find a prebuilt package of all the post SP2 patches all bundled up into a .exe file that I can just run from CD. Does such a beast exist?

Download all the patches to a directory and write a batch file to install them. Then use IExpress (or any install packager) to make a package from your directory.
