How aply own theme?

I tried to apy my own theme , but it doesnt show up in windows.

[Shell]
	  CustomDefaultThemeFile="%windir%\Resources\1043\Destiny.Theme"
	  DefaultStartPanelOff = No

i also tried to put everything in the normal place

[Shell]
	  CustomDefaultThemeFile="%windir%\Resources\themes\Destiny.Theme"
	  DefaultStartPanelOff = No

But no luck , what am i doing wrong here?

Do you have a patched uxtheme? Does the theme file actuallly exist?

Yes i have a patched uxtheme , and yes they both exist.

Double click on the theme file and see if it works.

Already did, and it works

When i use all this in my regular XP its no problem, only in MCE2005 it doesnt.

I renamed my theme to Royale.theme , and i saw when i wass in xp again that mce has overwritten my theme.

i go try to make an sfx my theme now

EDIT:

It was an update for mce what caused it , the sfx i made with my theme, works now.
