Fencer128 Posted November 24, 2005 Posted November 24, 2005 Hi,I've had a forum search but can't quite get the answer I'm looking for.I distribute an unattended flat RIS image (though this question isn't RIS specific) with integrated hot fixes and slipstreamed drivers. I also dynamically create a set of files such that I can install the recovery console using GUIRunOnce and winnt32.exe... at first logon. This all works fine for me and I have no problems with the installation per se. However, I use BTS driver packs and so the files required by the RC change with each version of the Mass Storage Driver Pack. Obviously when mass storage drivers are slipstreamed to work with textmode setup references are made to the driver files in txtsetup.inf and dosnet.sif and so this changes what files are required by the RC installation.I am trying to write a script to make my RC dynamic file copy list more flexible by automatically responding to changes in slipstreamed mass storage drivers. To do this, I need to know what parts of txtsetup.inf and dosnet.sif the winnt32.exe /cmdcons...... references when it performs its file copies.I would appreciate any insight into this.I realise this is a little confusing at first glance and am grateful for any response. Cheers,Andy
