hey,

when you have a lengty speech within one slide the cursor is automatically hidden. How can i prevent my cursor from hiding? I know that i can select the pen but i dont want that, i want to see my cursor the whole time.

one more thing... how can i in powerpoint 2000 make it happen that i can start a presentation at page 6-20..? in 2003 i can do that with Shift+F5 but that doesnt work in 2000... any idea?

By default, the arrow is set at Automatic, which means it's hidden automatically after 3 seconds of inactivity. The arrow appears again when you move the mouse. To keep the arrow displayed all the time, right-click, point to Pointer Options, point to Arrow Options, and then click Visible.

thanks zxian that worked... wonder if it works on 2000 too :P but that's something to be figured out this afternoon during class :)
