my icons don't blend in with the wallpaper, has this blocky titles. Any reason?

that i think i sdue to your background colour being black.

Looks as though you have TweakUI installed and this may have a way of blending in the colours better.

right click on desktop | properties | Advanced to change desktop colour

nvm, it was due to a logonui.ex_ file I shoved in the i386 folder.
