GuiRunOnce Executing queue

This is my guirunonce part of my winnt.sif. First cmd file is bts driverpack's cmd. Second one is my proggie' install cmd with WPI. But when first cmd doesn't end second one starts and my installations are being very very slow.

Also when installing WPI windows loads while my prog's get installed. How can i avoid this?
