Hardware Upgrade i need help

ok i can get my hands on a athalon 3600+ a motherboard (pci-e) and a gig of ddr400 ram this all comes to about $350(american).. I have about 1k (aus) and i will only be gving about 225(aus) to it and my dad will be giving the rest . I need a graphics card that comes up to 750(aus) in price and that can be delivered to melbourne... I want one that will run good on this computer and that can be delivered and the graphics card can play all the up-to date games and software on full graphics.
