mark Posted November 20, 2005 Posted November 20, 2005 I had something similar happen but don't remember exactly how. I think that if you get the popup box (My Assistant)saying you have a new message and view through that, then it doesn't register that you have viewed it but if you do it through My Controls it does reset it. That is if I remember correctly.DL
