Craig Henderson Posted November 17, 2005 Posted November 17, 2005 I have a copy of OEM Office 2003 which has been installed on one computer and activated. I have since uninstalled this software and reinstalled it onto a different computer but when I try to activate it again it still remembers the previous activation.Why is this and is there anyway around this?Thanks
WasatchSoftware Posted December 19, 2005 Posted December 19, 2005 Unfortunately, OEM software has licensing limitations. An OEM license for Office 2003 or any other Microsoft product can only be used on the computer it originally comes with. If that computer dies for any reason, the license dies also.
