Guys,

please help me resolve my problem in msoutlook 2000. i cannot open my mailbox (*.pst), there's an error messages pops-up when trying to import...

pop-up#1 -

Personal Folders: Properties for this information service must be defined prior to use.

pop-up#2 -

Microsoft Outlook: Errors have been detected in the file [path:\\*.pst] . Quit all mail- enabled applications, and then use the inbox repair tool.

i already run the said inbox repair tool (scanpst.exe) but unfortunately, it was unable to finish the task. is there any way to re-open again my mailbox?
