November 6, 200520 yr I used nLite to install WinXP and if I remember correctly I chose to leave out WMP. But now I want to install it again, because it's needed for playing video in many webpages.I downloaded WMP10 and installed it, but it's not working properly. November 7, 200520 yr Methinks you probably removed the core media player that is required for future media players to be downloaded and properly installed when you were creating your install cd using nLite.

September 29, 200619 yr I am looking for this solution (again).I say again because i had the problem fixed on an previous system. I had the same problem there and fixed it with the registration of a couple of .dll's. I found this somewhere on the internet. Now i cannot seem to find the same information again..If someone has a clou of wich .dll's needs registration, i would be very gratefull!I remember there were 3 .dll's to register...
