Bootscreen

Ive been trying to replace the bootscreen on my unattended installation as described by the guide, although I have no success

The batch file which I copied from the guide appears to run when you log onto Windows however the boot screen remains the same (normal one) after reboot yet I recieve no error messages

I would actually prefer to use the boot screen found at this location if possible :-

Im just lost and have no ideas on how to do this, ive tried a number of times with no success.. any advice would be most welcome

Has anyone got an alternative boot screen I can download to check if its my construction of this file thats the problem ?
