Regain access to Laptop with Windows XP Home

Hi, I'm just new to this but I'm desperate to resolve a little issue i've gotten myself into. I have a laptop that I stupidly didn't make a password for for the adminstrator. My brother has logged on and changed the password so I can't access my own computer!

Is there a way I can gain access without knowing the administrator's password??

I have windows xp home edition, and only one user(the administratotr)
