Sending email reminders

I currently have outlook 2003 and was wondering if i could send email reminders to my hotmail account every two weeks? i don't want a third party plugin if i have to pay for it. I just was wondering if outlook had a feature like that or if there's a free version

This surely works in an Exchange environment, but I'm not sure about environments without Exchange

So, for Exchange, the solution is the following.

Open up a new message. Click on the options icon on the toolbar.

There will be several sections and one of them is "Delivery Options". There will be a check box saying "Do not deliver before". Set there the date when it should be delivered.

Please let know your experiences if you're not utilizing an Exchange server
