Hi all, Im having a problem getting my epson perfection 610 scanner working with xp64 bit, i have tryed modding the driver files as per Micro$oft site..but to no avail.

Anyone have any clues or had any success with this scanner? I dont really want to buy another one as its been so good with Xp 32 bit.

i think u will find that epson have beta drivers available now, i have R210 photo stylus printer, and driver was released 3 months ago. good luck

Nope..none as yet, need some one to mod the driver to x64 ...any offers????

your just not looking in the correct place ive been using my epson scanner for about 10 months on x64 try www.epson.com and click on the usa site there are drivers for x64 scanners and printers

You're going to have to "roll your own", as per the link above, because the perfection 610 is not going to get an x64 driver from Epson as per their own site documentation. Good luck.
