I'll like to know if it is possible to create an axchange account that download email from an external pop account ?

If it is SBS 2003 with Exchange 2003. you are going to want to look into the POP3 connector that comes with it.

Exchange 2003 Standard or Enterprise does not come with the pop3 connector and needs to be purchased seperately
