citygov Posted October 24, 2005 Posted October 24, 2005 Hi, thanks in advance for reading this. I recently installed SBS2003 and Exchange server at work. My XP box is running Office 2002, but I decided to use the client-side upgrade available through Exchange Server to bump my Outlook to 2003. It seemed to go well, no real problems. But every time I try to open a pdf file, Windows installer kicks in to configure Outlook 2003. It tells me "The installed product does not match the installation source", and it wants me to locate the outls11.msi file from the installation source. I point it to that all the time, but no luck. I reinstalled Adobe Professional 6.0, but no luck. Any ideas of what I can do? Is my only option to purchase a full blown version of MS Office 2003 and install it?Mike
Martin L Posted October 24, 2005 Posted October 24, 2005 This happens if you try to open an already downloaded .pdf file or when you click a url?
