Network Work Connection help

I need to connect two computers thro network cross cable, in which one computer

connect to internet thro dial-up network and other computer use the internet thro network.

Note:

One computer have Windows Xp professional and the other have Windows Xp Home.

Can anyone help me with the setting for the network.
