I've used the following guide (How to convert your Windows Server 2003 to a Workstation!) and after doing the following (How to enable System Restore......) my system has become un-stable. How can I turn back the clock?

Your system should not become unstable after turning OFF system restore.. if anything it should make it faster. This coming from a person who is writing to you from a w2k3 server converted as a workstation. . What kinda problems are you running into .. maybe we could help you with your problems.
