Enable DWM Without Supported Videocard

I have a none LDDM Video Card and a person from another site posted this reg tweak, that enables the effect. It is buggy but it works I have been using without no crashes.

Here is one problem, since I do not have a card that supports these features I can live with it.

Open Taskmanager and set the uxss.exe to normal as this is set to high using this tweak
