Outlook rules

hi there

i've plenty of rules in my outlook

now i'd like to add more rules but it takes ages.

is there a template editor or something? or a program that has better capabilities then the outlook rule wizard?

the new rules i'm going to create look like each other

for example

rule 1. if mail sent from person XYZ and has forum=10 in body/header move to folder 10

rule 2. if mail sent from person XYZ and has forum=20 in body/header move to folder 20

i copy and paste the 1 rule that i created but outlook is just so dumb on this, the names are

copy of copy of copy of copy of aaaaaaaaaaaaa. **** boring.

I exported the rules so that i could edit but they're in binary or encoded or something...

can anyone help me on this?

Can anyone suggest a book or utility that enhances the Rules and Settings
