Start menu right side icon text (removal)

I want to remove the text (My Recent Documents, Control Panel, etc..) on the right side so it just shows the icons. If there is a previous post on this topic, let me know so I can check it out. If not, let me know how this is done.

i know there are some themes (msstyles) that do it by cutting the start panel problem is that it hardly depends on the icon size you're using.

commonly those themes are named "compact"

OK. I downloaded RoyalFour a while ago but it never worked properly. That is until I downloaded XPize today. (Which I must say that it rocks! \m/ ) Now it works. So, I checked out one of the compacts in RF and you're right. So, that answers my question. Thanks a bunch!!
