Ts users can't connect

Hi,

We have 2 TS servers. Since 3 days, on one of the ts server, the users must be local admin to be able to connect on the server. ( If they try to connect on the second ts server there's no problem ). They don't receive error message. They just see the blue background of windows and nothing append. That's a windows 2003. We try to install some windows updates to fix the problem, but it didn't change anything. We try to install the service pack one to fix the problem but it's was worse! So we uninstalled the service pack one.

Do you have any idea ?
