I'm a helpdesk analyst with now 2 years experience at 2 different large (300.000+ resp. 30.000+ employees) multinational companies. I have worked with Windows 2000 and XP. Mail client I know is MS Outlook (mostly 2000 and 2003). I have also experience with a VPN solution consisting of the Nortel Contivity VPN Client and the Fiberlink Global Remote software. What I'm looking here for is relevant learning regarding Outlook and Exchange. If somebody knows the Nortel client and would appreciate some knowledge transfer, then just drop me a PM (unfortunately this application is NOT one that is well documented...)

This year I'm planning on completing my MCSA (I've completed half of the exams, so there's still something to do for the rest of the year).
