How may reset all dialog box (Those which might be clicked for "don't show this msg again") pop up's etc just as if it was a clean install?

Do you mean "baloon tips" that pop-up in tray?

Everything, just like a fresh clean install.

For CD you should right click on CD player --> properties -->> autoplay (prompt me each time to choose an action)
