Jlo555
I have seen this so many times on my computer that it's finally time to fix it. Alright, so whenever I have a disc in either of my DVD drives and I press the button to eject the disc, the computer always takes at least 15 seconds to respond. I originally thought it had something to do with the IDE connectors on my motherboard and that they were not interacting well with windows somehow. But I recently bought a brand new motherboad and rebuilt the entire computer, with a brand new Sony DVD-Rom drive, and brand new LG DVD-RW drive, and it still does the exact same thing. Oddly enough, it never did that on my family's old Dell or my old Dell, or the PII computer I built a long time ago. Anyone know what is causing this?
