YUHU - No more upgrade-popup on unattended Skype.

Some weeks (or months?!?) ago I wrote a message to Skype-support (and I think that I wasn't the only one) because of the "upgrade-bug". :)

Now it should be able to do an unattended setup of skype without the upgrade-popup if a newer version is available. :)

change: upgrade prompt supressed if installer is launched with SILENT or VERYSILENT option

route.exe comes with standard windows... just a net tcpip helper utility :)

it just routes all requests to the skype server to your own IP address range. So the installer CAN NOT check for updates. Or in an other way said: it DOES NOT FIND any update as long as the route entry is set :)

About the popup when starting windows: simply run this registry entry:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]"Skype"=-
