Annoying folder view problem

Hi Everyone

On our companies standard image, I just want ALL the folders under my computer and windows explorer to default to the details view when they are opened. I thought Bill would have done some kind of helpful registry key like...

HKLM\....\ShowDetailsForAllFoldersNotJustTheOnesYouFeelLikeShowing=1

...but NO , instead I've been having to mess around with bags and streams ?!??

So far, I've had limited success in that when you open My Computer, and then the 'C' drive and then some of the folders, the view is details, but when you get so far down...PING back to icons .

Also, we use Novell, and it would seem that viewing any of the network drives through Explorer or My Computer just shows icons.

I've customised the XP image that I'm using so that the default user NTUSER.DAT has the following in the registry. Can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong, or if there is an easier way to achive what I'm trying to do.
