rundll32.dll Fehler

Dear all,

based on my working standard I tried M1, M2 and M3. Both the first running fine, but using M3 i get an error when accessing the system properties:

rundll32.dll - unable to locate component...framedyn.dll was not found. Re-Installation...

Can anybody give me a hint (and why it's not a problem in M1/M2)?
