Install Telnet Service on XP Home SP2

I am trying to get Telnet Service Installed on XP Home Edition SP2. I have copied all the DLLs and what I believe to be the correct reg settings from XP Pro SP2 but the service just will not start.

Anyone able to get telnet to install/run under XP Home SP2?

Anyone? Beuler.........Beuler.........Beuler......... I would think that I am not the only one out there that has tried to get telnet service installed and running on XP home edition.
