Restoring dll in system32

I'm installing XPize with my UA DVD. There are two problematic dll files that i need to restore after XPize is installed.

msxml3.dll and quartz.dll

How do I restore the original files from above after XPize is installed with a batchfile?

The files are WFP protected and in-use.

clear DLLCACHE

Disable SFC in registry

Rename both the file to something else (Eg *.old)

paste the original file (ignore SFC)

restart

enable SFC again.....
