Logitech Bluetooth USB Reciever, Shows Generic

Featured Replies

For some reason, my Logitech Bluetooth Receiver is now only showing in device manager as a Generic USB Hub.

While it works, I cannot do a proper secured pair with my bluetooth stack.

This is a recent development and I'm not too sure whats happened.

I have tried to 'force' the generic USB to become the bluetooth usb receiver, however I keep getting the error There are no compatable drivers for this hardware, etc. etc.

I have uninstalled and reinstallled more times than I can count.

Any advise or suggestions would be apprecaited

Thanks! :thumbup

Do you have the driver disk for the product? If so, just go into your device manager, right click the device and update the driver.

I have tried that, but it always comes back as it can't find a new driver and/or that not compatible message.

I have even tried to modify an .inf to no avail
