Tibibs Posted September 22, 2005 Author Posted September 22, 2005 ok, but why this file is damaged because the pack was downloaded from the microsoft's server??
Tibibs Posted September 27, 2005 Author Posted September 27, 2005 I downloaded the file, and, I rename to usbehci.sy_ like other the files...I change the files, and, always the same error...
dale5605 Posted September 27, 2005 Posted September 27, 2005 You can't just rename to sy_ extension, that won't work. You have two options.Leave it as .sys extension in 1386 folder or compress it with makecab to sy_. For ease of use you can just leave it .sys.
Tibibs Posted October 2, 2005 Author Posted October 2, 2005 I have find in a forum that this message arrive with the DELL OEM CDs, and I have a DELL OEM CD there is a solution??
dale5605 Posted October 2, 2005 Posted October 2, 2005 This might not be the preferred solution but you can download a copy of windows off the internet or get one from somebody you know and then use your cd key on it.
