stanj Posted September 20, 2005 Posted September 20, 2005 How do I install a Rockwell V1456VQH-R3 PCI Modem on my Windows XP Professional X64 Edition OS? I searched the manufacturer site and they do not have 64-bit drivers.Does anyone know of a PCI Modem that has 64-bit drivers?
Weed Posted September 20, 2005 Posted September 20, 2005 if its an old modem which rockwell doesnt support it anymore u dont have a good chance for 64bit driversbest u can do- ask rockwell, iam sure they knew it better then us o_O
Viper187 Posted November 5, 2005 Posted November 5, 2005 I had a modem with an Agere chipset and it worked on x64. The modem quit working on me after switching back to 32-bit (because of other compatibility issues). I got one with the same chipset and I'm hoping it'll work when I install x64 again.
