I hava Office 2003 installed, somhow all the documents-icons has been changed to Wordpad-icons.. thoose are very ugly.

How can I fix this.. ??

You have deleted icon files in user folder try to repair office installation.

Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Office > Change > Repair.
